✓ Trigger your mind. On the mirror, add a sticker to remind yourself of grooming, or clutter all your grooming tools on the sink. That way, your bran will learn to automatically reach for them

✓ Shower is basic. Multiple times we said, that simply taking a shower with shampoo, conditioner and soap is a basic hygiene need. Do not skip showering!
✓ Nails and skin. Two very important items that everyone will notice. Cut your nails regularly and take out any dirt or dust from underneath them. Consult a pharmacist on a good skin cream. If your skin is dry, use a hydrating cream daily. If it’s very greasy, buy facial wash to get rid of unwanted grease and use appropriate cream.
✓ Your hair is you. Yes, together with nails and skin, your hair is very noticeable everywhere you go. Use shampoo AND conditioner to keep your hearth strong and pretty. If you have short hair, it will help keep the dandruff away. If you have medium or long hair, conditioner can help you brush them easier after washing. Just like with face cream, consult a pharmacist on what is best for you.
✓ Deodorant and perfume. No need to say why deodorant is important. But perfume can also add up to your grooming as a final touch. Find the smell that fits you and use it daily. Don’t overdo it! Too much of anything is unhealthy and so is with perfume. You run the risk of keeping people away.
