Benefits of habit “Write a bucket list”

✓ Helps stay goal-oriented
✓ Reduces anxiety when you have lack of ideas
✓ Helps to discover yourself better
✓ Helps set financial goals

First step:

Put one item on your bucket list

Progress:

1. Today, write down 1 item into your bucket list. Do this once per day this week.
2. Next week, write down 2 items per day you would really want to experience.
3. Keep this up until you have a good and long bucket list.
4. Don’t forget to start realizing it!

Helpful tips to make it a habit:

✓ Same time is key. 2 minutes it’s going to take you to formulate a goal can still be scheduled appropriately. We recommend evenings before bed.
Trigger your mind. Have the notebook you use for the bucket list on your bed stand so you wouldn’t miss it.
✓ Let the app help. Set a reminder to ring when it’s time for bucket list filling. Mark out the days you missed on the calendar.
✓ Reward yourself. Simplest way to reward yourself once you’ve been doing it for a month or so – start crossing out things. And by that we mean DOING what you want to do!

Tips for beginners:

✓ Feasible goals. Make sure your goals and dreams are or at least you formulate them in the most feasible way possible. Don’t let unachievable things bring you down.
✓ Plan time. When you put down a goal, make sure you think of a reasonable time span in which you could realize your wish. For example, first bucket list you put together is for 5 years. Once you’re done with that, start another one.
✓ Research. Each wish as you put it in, we recommend you research it and have a vague idea already of how long and what it entails to achieve it. That way, you will immediately know if it’s feasible and how long it’s going to take you.
